superb rainforest stay

amazing view clean room

i stayed in a beautiful double room river view. the view from the balcony was amazing!!! i spent hours watching the ships and wildlife. the room itself was spacious and very clean.

great activities beautiful views friendly staff organized tours

i traveled with family and we found great activities near the hotel. the grounds maintenance was good, and the balcony views were beautiful. the staff was friendly. tours were well organized with very knowledgeable guides.

the increase in prices for the cable car seemed a little high.

professional staff clean room nice pool balcony hammock

i found the professional staff helpful in all areas. housekeeping kept the room clean daily. the pool area was nice. three tours i took were very informative. the room provided amazing views. a hammock was available on the balcony.

the buffet restaurant provides good value. the breakfast buffet has a broad selection. fresh juice is available. food options at the bar also offer good value, particularly for snacks and lighter meals during the day.
