I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature, but the room was disappointing and not up to the expected standards. The service was hit or miss, which contributed to my overall experience. The dining options were decent, but there were definitely areas that could use improvement, especially given the price we paid.
The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views of the Chagres River, but it really needs some improvement in upkeep and service. The rooms are spacious and clean, but certain areas lack deep cleaning. Dining options are limited and can be disappointing, especially for the price. While there are great activities like the monkey tour and a spacious pool, some service issues can really dampen the experience.
The resort is nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views of the rainforest and river, which is truly its strong point. However, the hotel's overall condition feels neglected, with worn-out facilities and limited dining options. While the staff is friendly, the service can be slow at times. The experiences offered are not reflective of the luxury advertised, making it feel more like a budget option for travelers.
We had a fantastic family getaway at this resort, enjoying the beautiful pool, comfortable loft rooms, and a variety of activities. The all-inclusive package was a great deal, but the food could improve, especially for picky eaters. The friendly staff made our experience memorable, despite some small inconveniences. Overall, it was a wonderful trip for families looking to relax and explore.
Our stay at the resort was quite the experience! The location is stunning, surrounded by nature and wildlife, which we loved. The rooms were comfortable but showed signs of wear; however, the service left a lot to be desired, particularly in the dining area. While the amenities like the pool looked great, we faced issues with cleanliness and timely service. Overall, it’s an excellent place for nature lovers, but I recommend managing expectations regarding food and some of the facilities.
